1. Close the Logger32 program
2. Upload the file
3. Unzip the file into a temporarely map
4. If needed rename the unzipped file into 1043.dll
5. Copy this file into the Logger32 directory
6. Start Logger32 and the splashscreen should say that the dutch translation was done by PA4JJ
